I think so, you can click on the picture for a bigger view. Personally, I like to think of it as a wolf howling at the Northern Lights, and the Northern Lights are fed up with the wolf howling, so they called in the aliens, who will suck the wolf up on a tractor beam, remove his voice box, and then place him back where he was. That's just my interpretation, I'd be willing to believe that it's a coyote.
